JVP Standard Series

Standard Dry Vacuum Pumps

The JVP Standard series of vacuum pumps range from a 1/2 HP .5kW to 5HP 4.0kW configuration. These oil-free dry vane pumps are the work horse of the JVP line of vacuum pumps, used in many areas of industry, ranging from Graphic Arts equipment, sheet feeders, sheet separators, vacuum counters, vacuum frames, vacuum chucking, vacuum lifting, robotic pick and place, blow molding, pharmaceuticals, food and vacuum packaging, general packaging, and air sensors. Many of these pumps are OEM or can be used as a direct replacement to OEM.

JVP DP Series

Double Pump Dry Vacuum Pumps

The JVP DP series of vacuum pumps are used in industrial arena where large amounts of flow is needed to run your industrial equipment. These pumps can produce independent vacuum and pressure levels from a single source. They are used where large amounts of vacuum and/or pressure is needed to run robotics, vacuum conveyors, laminators, printing presses, feeders, etc. These pumps are capable of producing vacuum levels of up to 25 inches of mercury. The JVP DP Series of pumps can produce well over 150 CFM of vacuum and pressure.

JVP HP Series

High Performance Dry Vacuum Pumps

The JVP HP series of vacuum pumps are specialized in industries where a clean dry vane technology is needed, as well as high vacuum levels. These pumps are capable of producing vacuum levels up to 29.99 inches of mercury, or 97.5 kPa. These pumps are used in the high-tech industries, where clean dry running pumps are necessary, as well as the high level of vacuum produced, such as robotic pick and place machines. JVP OVP Series

JVP Oil Sealed Vacuum Pumps

JVP’s OVP Series of Oil Sealed vacuum pumps operate according to the rotary vane principle. The rotor is eccentrically positioned in the cylinder and has take-out slots for vane sliding. The centrifugal forces when rotating push the vanes towards wall of the cylinder through the slots of the rotor. The gas will be sucked in through a built-in anti suck back valve that prevents the pump from rotating backward at standstill, and goes into the cylinder. The gas will be compressed and pushed out through the exhaust opening located between the pumps housing and oil pump. The oil will be fed into the pump module from the oil pump for sealing and lubrication by differential pressure between pump module and oil pump. The discharged oil as a mist with gas will be collected through the oil separators in the upper part of the oil pump. The collected oil will be drawn into the pump inlet side for recirculation by the pressure difference between suction and pressure side through a float valve or through the return line. A gas ballast will be working by sucking ambient air into the cylinder for prevention of accumulation of condensation from the processed gas.
