The JVP-7DP double vacuum pump is an oil-free dry running vane pump. It is a stock item from the JVP line of pumps. This pump can produce up to 25 inches of Mercury, and up to 40~80 CFM (cubic feet per minute). The JVP-3DP would typically use a 5.5hp 4.0kW three phase motor, but can also be coupled with a single phase motor. The modular configuration makes this pump very easy to maintain, with one knob nut to replace or inspect the filters. This dual pump is driven by a single motor by two timing belts and runs at 1200RPM.
The standard porting on the JVP-7DP is two 1″ NPT ports for the vacuum. One for the vacuum regulator, which is standard, and the second port for hooking up to your application. There is also a 1/4 NPT port with a vacuum gauge, and two 1.0″ NPT ports for pressure, one for the pressure regulator, and the other for your blow application, with a 1/4″ NPT port for the pressure side pressure gauge.

These pumps are in production daily on printing presses, and other applications where separate vacuum and pressure ports are needed to run critical equipment. The JVP-7DP’s rugged design makes it suitable for most industrial applications.
