Jallo VCX Series Claw
The VCX Series claw vacuum pumps are dry contact-less vacuum pumps with modular construction consisting of compartments: pumping and gear chambers are separated by using labyrinth seals.
As two claws rotate in opposite directions, the air will be sucked in the pumping chamber, and then compressed and discharged under pressure. Two gears for synchronizing claw rotation are used in the gear chamber. A built-in anti suck-back valve installed in the inlet flange will prevent the air from flowing back into the vacuum chamber when the pump is shutdown. The pumps are directly driven by a flanged motor via coupling.
Jallo PCX Series Claw
The PCX series compressors are identical in internal construction to the VCX series pumps, but are outfitted with different inlet and outlet accessories to allow for operation as a compressor.
For reduction of noise, an inlet silencer is installed in the inlet side. For protection of overload, a pressure safety valve or regulating valve is installed in the exhaust side. The compressors are directly driven by a flanged motor via a coupling.
